About Amesto Group.

Amesto is part of Spabogruppen, a Norwegian family business owned by the Spandow family. Amesto was founded in 2002. The group comprises businesses in the Nordic region. Amesto Global’s network covers the majority of countries in Europe and North-America.

The Amesto Group comprises four divisions: Amesto Solutions, Amesto AccountHouse, Amesto Toptemp and Amesto Global. We are early adopters of innovative technology and invest in intrapreneurs, who start out, develop or operate under Amesto’s umbrella for both short and longer periods of time. Aprila Bank, Amesto Consulting and ConnectMy Apps are just some of our intrapraneurs.

Spabogruppen is the parent company of Amesto Group AS and Spabo AS. The group has a long-term perspective, and its owners are actively involved in operations. Spabogruppen recorded revenues of NOK 1.2 billion in 2020.

Spabogruppen employs more than 1000 people. 450 are employees of Amesto Group, Amesto Solutions and Amesto AccountHouse, and 550 are employees of Amesto Top Temp AS, of which 70 work with administration and sales at offices in Oslo, Stavanger, Bergen, Kristiansand, Tønsberg and Lillestrøm.

Spabo was established in the late 1980s. The group is currently managing assets worth NOK 3.7 billion, and is aiming to further develop and manage its own housing and commercial properties domestically in Norway and abroad.

In 2012, the service spectrum was extended to include Serviced Apartments through The Apartment Company. The company currently manages 180 furnished apartments available for short-term rentals.
