The transaction, completed in May 2026, covered 100% of the shares in Amesto Solutions Invest AS, including Amesto TechHouse, Amesto Clockwork, and the Amesto Solutions operations in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
For the roughly 120 people at Amesto Solutions and the more than 1,500 customers they serve, the day-to-day continues as before — the same teams, the same systems, the same people to call. Exsitec has been clear that integration will happen gradually, with no abrupt changes for customers.
Exsitec is, like Amesto Solutions, a partner to Visma and SuperOffice, operating across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland with around 600 employees. Together, the combined business becomes Visma's leading partner in Norway — which means Amesto Solutions customers gain access to a broader bench of expertise than we could offer alone.
The Spandow family reinvested in Exsitec as part of the transaction. We believe in what this business can become under its new ownership, and we intend to be part of it.
For the rest of the Amesto group, the direction is unchanged. We continue to build across accounting, payroll, HR and technology in the Nordics — with the same commitment to People, Planet and Profit that has guided us throughout.
