Amesto offers recruitment services within accounts, finance and projects, as well as sales and management. Even if you do not want a career as an Amesto consultant, we can still be of great benefit to each other.

Amesto recognises that a fundamental understanding of the client's needs must always form the starting point for recruitment services. Similarly Amesto aims to acquire an understanding of the candidates' needs and preferences in order to be able to select the best candidate.

We use the following process to find the best candidate:

1. A specification of requirements is drawn up with the client.
2. Search
3. Personality test (Cattell's personality test, 16PF5)
4. In-depth interviews
5. Reference checking
6. Assessments
7. Presentation of candidates to the client with recommendations
8. Selection
9. Post-delivery follow-up
