Amesto proud sponsor of CARE
Amesto has entered into a long term agreement with CARE Norway.
CARE is the world's third largest aid organization with operations in 71 countries all over the world. Every year CARE helps more than 65 million people through its work to combat poverty. CARE Norway was awarded the TV fund raising drive on NRK in 2009, where His Royal Highness Crown Prince Haakon Magnus was the patron.
Focus on corporate social responsibility

Corporate social responsibility is an important component of Amesto's basic values and part of the company's foundation. We are proud to cooperate with CARE because the organization is efficient and gets results. 93 percent of CARE's income is used to combat poverty.
Efficient poverty reduction presumes access to financial systems. The savings and loan groups, which are one of the main instruments in CARE's work, concerns providing poor, innovative people access to small loans and financial services. This allows them to establish a secure income and a safer future.
Poor women acquire knowledge through CARE's savings and loan groups, and knowledge is power. Power to decide how to use one's own resources and to demand better distribution of wealth, health services and schooling. Power to participate in decisions that are important to them at home, in the village and in the country.
